To achieve our intention, we produce & market knives and pastry equipment which have “on purpose” Sharpness, Stainless, and Super-Designed properties.
Our journey started in 1879 in Bursa and evolved across five generations to reach a daily production capacity of 25.000 pieces of knife & pastry equipment, hence the capacity leadership in the region covering Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
With more than 250 family members based in our home base in Bursa, we reach our utmost happiness, when we make a smile on professional chefs, pastry chefs, butchers, and home chefs in Turkey and 75+ countries in the world.
